Service to the Icelandic FISHING FLEET has always been the backbone in Frost’s operations. Frost has therefore worked on numerous projects on board Icelandic fishing vessels both at home and abroad. Whether it is cooling onboard Wet fish trawlers or cooling and freezing onboard filleting trawlers or pelagic vessels, Frost has years of experience in analyzing customer needs and delivering projects that meet customers’ requirements for performance and reliability.
In recent times the service to foreign ships has been a growing part of Frost’s operations. Apart from general service and maintenance Frost has converted the refrigeration systems onboard several vessels from R22 to Ammonia.
Resent projects have shown that with our partners Slippurinn (the local shipyard in Akureyri) and Rafeyri (electrical contracting company) we are able to take on large rebuilding projects at weary competitive prices and with a short delivery time.
